Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss the tofu in the oil mixture until well coated.
- Spread the tofu on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
