Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and mince the garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets skin-side down, cooking for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
