Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and mince the garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets skin-side down, cooking for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
- Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic glaze over, cooking for another 3-4 minutes while spooning the glaze over the salmon.
