Ingredients
- 1 batch pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni or other favorite fillings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares (about 3×3 inches).
- Place a small amount of pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni on each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Arrange the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
