Description

Ingredients

  • 24 pieces of ravioli (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions and let cool.
  2. Set up a breading station with bowls of flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  3. Dredge each ravioli in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
