Ingredients
- 24 pieces of ravioli (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions and let cool.
- Set up a breading station with bowls of flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes
