Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, grated carrots, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper and fold the sides in before rolling tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Drain on paper towels to soak up excess oil and serve hot.
