Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cabbage, grated carrots, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper and fold the sides in before rolling tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  4. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  5. Drain on paper towels to soak up excess oil and serve hot.
