- 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp dry ranch mix (optional)
- 1½ cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or cheddar)
- 6 large tortillas (10-inch, burrito size)
Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, baby spinach, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and dry ranch mix (if using). Stir well until evenly coated.
- Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla flat. Add ¼ to ⅓ cup of shredded cheese across the center, followed by ⅓ to ½ cup of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap: Fold in the sides, then roll the tortilla tightly to form a burrito-style wrap.
- Crisp the wrap: Lightly brush the outside with oil or spray with cooking spray. Place seam-side down on a hot skillet or griddle. Cook for 2–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Slice in half and serve warm with extra ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced tomatoes, green onions, or a pinch of chili flakes. You can also use whole wheat or spinach tortillas for variation.
