Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
