Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, making sure to get under the skin.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, skin side up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Pat the chicken dry well for crispier skin. Marinating the chicken in the spice mixture for a few hours or overnight enhances the flavor.
