A crunchy, tangy coleslaw that combines the sweetness of apples with the nutty crunch of pecans, perfect for gatherings or a fresh side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups apples, grated or thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, apples, carrots, and chopped pecans. Stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
