Ingredients
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and a spoonful of pizza sauce on each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush each roll with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the rolls in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
