Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Avocado oil (for spraying)
Instructions
- Slice the russet potatoes into fry shapes and soak in cold water with ice for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potato fries dry with kitchen towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and oregano.
- Toss the dried fries in the coating mixture until evenly coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil, add the coated fries, and spray the tops with more oil.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot with your favorite sauces.
