Delight in these golden-brown Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Fries, a flavorful and healthier twist on the classic fry, enhanced with Parmesan cheese and spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Avocado oil (for spraying)


Instructions

  1. Slice the russet potatoes into fry shapes and soak in cold water with ice for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and pat the potato fries dry with kitchen towels.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, cornstarch, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and oregano.
  4. Toss the dried fries in the coating mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil, add the coated fries, and spray the tops with more oil.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve hot with your favorite sauces.
