Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup milk (whole, skim, or almond)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Add breadcrumbs as the final layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
