Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken, fresh spinach, and savory sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce, perfect for quick yet special dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  8. Let simmer for a few minutes, then serve warm.
