Description

A comforting and creamy spaghetti bake made with tender chicken and crispy bacon, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients before cooking for an efficient process.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Fold in chicken, 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, and spaghetti until well coated.
  6. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with parsley.

Notes

You can prepare ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
