Description
A comforting and creamy spaghetti bake made with tender chicken and crispy bacon, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.
Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients before cooking for an efficient process.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in chicken, 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, and spaghetti until well coated.
- Transfer to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with parsley.
Notes
You can prepare ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For a spicier kick, add hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
