Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream, mixing well.
  3. Add the cooled pasta along with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, peas, and bell pepper.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
