Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, ensuring they are covered in sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
