  • Author: admin

  • Yield: 4 servings
  • Diet: Paleo

Description

A hearty and flavorful dish featuring juicy chicken thighs cooked in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, ensuring they are covered in sauce.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Use bone-in thighs for more flavor and moisture, and consider adding spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
