Description
A comforting creamy mushroom pasta that can be made in under 30 minutes, perfect for weeknight meals.
Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently.
