Delicious and easy-to-make creamy mushroom chicken meatballs that taste like a fancy restaurant dish.
Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the meatballs and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and let it thicken slightly.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Ensure to preheat the skillet and avoid overcrowding the meatballs for better browning.
