Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes (the fluffier, the better)
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15 to 20 minutes).
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter and heavy cream to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
