Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons softened coconut oil (or butter)
- 3-4 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 3/4 cup almond flour (or heat-treated all-purpose flour)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (preferably extra dark chocolate chips)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Stir well before enjoying again.
