Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts, adjusting the cooking time as necessary.
