Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts, adjusting the cooking time as necessary.
