Ingredients

  • 8 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or farfalle)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
