Ingredients

  • 8 oz twisted pasta
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet; toss to combine and heat through.
