Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in the same pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, draining excess fat afterward.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing until well coated.

Notes
