Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant and golden.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, draining any excess fat afterward.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing until well coated.
  6. Season your pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
