Description
A comforting and flavorful dish featuring pasta enveloped in a rich garlic butter sauce paired with ground beef.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
- In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once it’s bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it’s fragrant and golden.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, draining any excess fat afterward.
- Reduce the heat to low, then stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Season your pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best texture, prepare the sauce ahead and combine with pasta just before serving.
