Ingredients
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
- Once the gnocchi is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the cream cheese until it is melted and fully combined with the broth.
- Add the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed and heated through.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt into the creamy mixture.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Consider adding sautéed spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
