Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Once the gnocchi is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the cream cheese until it is melted and fully combined with the broth.
