  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup sweet corn, frozen or canned
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cream or cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cheese, cilantro


Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine the Rotel tomatoes, black beans, shredded chicken, sweet corn, chicken broth, and taco seasoning.
