A quick and easy one-pot dish that combines the flavors of tacos and pasta into a creamy, cheesy delight.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (any shape)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Diced bell peppers, corn, or black beans (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and beef broth. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the cream cheese and cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Add in the cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, and any optional veggies if desired.
- Stir until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
