Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Diced bell peppers, corn, or black beans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and beef broth. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
