Description
A creamy and spicy shrimp dip that’s easy to make and perfect for potlucks and parties.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and garlic, cooking until the shrimp turn pink.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the cooked shrimp.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Reheat gently before serving.
