Description

A creamy and spicy shrimp dip that’s easy to make and perfect for potlucks and parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and garlic, cooking until the shrimp turn pink.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Cajun seasoning, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold in the cooked shrimp.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Reheat gently before serving.
