Ingredients
- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Stuff each shell generously with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish, open side up.
- Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring each is coated. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the shells are heated through and the cheese begins to bubble and turn golden.
- If desired, garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy hot!
Notes
For a creamier filling, make sure your cream cheese is softened. Feel free to add additional veggies for extra nutrition.
