Delicious stuffed jumbo pasta shells filled with a creamy buffalo chicken mixture, baked to perfection for a comforting and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Stuff each shell generously with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish, open side up.
  5. Pour any remaining buffalo sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring each is coated. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
