Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir to combine, then mix in the grated cheese and Parmesan until melted.
- Combine the pasta with the cheese sauce, pour into a baking dish, and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
