Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
