Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Asiago cheese, and minced garlic.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the seared chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
