A delightful blend of turkey and cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings and cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Broth (chicken or turkey)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Herbs (thyme and sage)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, celery, onion, parsley, and herbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with broth.
  4. Pour the egg and broth mixture into the turkey mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine until everything is well mixed.
  6. Form the mixture into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Finely chop cranberries for even distribution. You can add nuts for extra crunch and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
