A delightful blend of turkey and cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings and cozy dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Broth (chicken or turkey)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Herbs (thyme and sage)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, cranberries, celery, onion, parsley, and herbs.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with broth.
- Pour the egg and broth mixture into the turkey mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine until everything is well mixed.
- Form the mixture into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Finely chop cranberries for even distribution. You can add nuts for extra crunch and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
