Delightful, bite-sized cranberry feta pinwheels, perfect for gatherings or an afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese until smooth.
- Add the chopped dried cranberries, green onions, and parsley into the cheese mixture and gently stir until combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Unwrap and slice the pinwheels into 1-inch pieces, then arrange on a platter and serve.
Notes
Refrigerate for 3–4 days and freeze for up to 2 months; wrap slices individually for easy grabbing.
