Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
- Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
- Let the patties rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before cooking.
- Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once. Cook until they reach your desired doneness.
