Ingredients
- 4 fillets of whitefish
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the whitefish fillets on a baking sheet.
- Stuff each fillet with the crab mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
