Description

A fancy yet simple Crab Stuffed Whitefish dish that combines succulent crab and tender whitefish, perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself.


Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of whitefish
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the whitefish fillets on a baking sheet.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the crab mixture.
