A quick and flavorful Cowboy Steak Stir Fry that’s perfect for weeknight dinners. Easy to make and customizable with your favorite vegetables!
Ingredients
- 1 lb cowboy steak, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced cowboy steak and cook until browned (about 4-5 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir together.
- Cook until vegetables are tender but crisp.
- Season with black pepper and salt, adjusting to taste.
- Serve hot!
Notes
Great for using up leftover vegetables. Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken, shrimp, or tofu!
