Ingredients

  • 1 lb cowboy steak, sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced cowboy steak and cook until browned (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir together.
  6. Cook until vegetables are tender but crisp.
  7. Season with black pepper and salt, adjusting to taste.
