- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare the cowboy butter by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well combined and creamy.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove the skillet from heat and spoon the cowboy butter over the steak bites. Allow the butter to melt and coat the steak.
- Serve immediately, enjoying as an appetizer or main course.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality steak and avoid overcrowding the skillet. Let the steak rest after cooking to retain juices.
