Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with cottage cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until evenly coated.
- Pour the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top of the pasta mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
