Description

A comforting and nutritious pasta bake with cottage cheese and a blend of cheeses, perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with cottage cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth it out with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top of the pasta mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
