Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Notes
