Description

A bright and zesty Coconut Lime Salmon recipe that’s easy to make and tastes like a gourmet dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 limes, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, optionally lined with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the coconut lime mixture over the salmon.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
