A fun twist on the classic club sandwich, this pasta salad combines turkey, ham, bacon, and fresh vegetables for a refreshing dish perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup turkey, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey, ham, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard together.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables for extra crunch. For a lighter dressing, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
