Description

A fun twist on the classic club sandwich, this pasta salad combines turkey, ham, bacon, and fresh vegetables for a refreshing dish perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup turkey, diced
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey, ham, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard together.
  4. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
