Description

A delightful treat that combines the nostalgia of churros with the crunch of crackers, drizzled in chocolate for a sweet, melt-in-your-mouth indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of crushed crackers
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until glossy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the crushed crackers.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, watching closely to prevent burning.
  7. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, letting them melt before spreading.
  8. Let cool and break into pieces for serving.
