Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of crushed crackers
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until glossy.
- Stir in the vanilla and cinnamon.
- Remove from heat and mix in the crushed crackers.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden, watching closely to prevent burning.
- Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, letting them melt before spreading.
- Let cool and break into pieces for serving.
