Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended.
- Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a solid crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

- Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix thoroughly after each addition for a silky texture.
- Gently stir in the sour cream, all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Once baked, let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
