Description

A delicious and healthier treat combining strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (diced)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey. Gently mix until everything is combined.
  3. Using a spoon, dollop 2-tablespoon portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each cluster in the melted chocolate, coating both sides evenly.
  6. Place the chocolate-covered clusters back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with a little sea salt.
  7. Freeze again until solid.
  8. Store the clusters in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness with honey as desired.
