A delicious and healthier treat combining strawberries, Greek yogurt, and chocolate, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, add the diced strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey. Gently mix until everything is combined.
- Using a spoon, dollop 2-tablespoon portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each cluster in the melted chocolate, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the chocolate-covered clusters back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with a little sea salt.
- Freeze again until solid.
- Store the clusters in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness with honey as desired.
