A fun and easy twist on the classic campfire treat, featuring chocolate-dipped marshmallows sandwiched between graham crackers.
Ingredients
- 8 pieces graham crackers
- 8 pieces marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place graham crackers on a baking sheet.
- Top each graham cracker with a marshmallow.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip each marshmallow in the melted chocolate.
- Place dipped s’mores on parchment paper and let chocolate set.
