Description

Fudgy and chewy chocolate crinkle cookies that are easy to make and delicious to eat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for rolling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugar and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.
  6. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Roll the chilled dough into small balls and coat in powdered sugar.
  8. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

To avoid spreading, be sure to chill the dough. You can add chocolate chips or sea salt for extra decadence.
