Ingredients

  • 5 frozen strawberries (fresh is fine, but frozen gives a thicker texture)
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • ⅔ cup of milk (any type: almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 12 tsp cocoa powder (if using vanilla protein or for extra chocolate flavor)
  • A handful of spinach
  • Ice cubes (for thicker consistency)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries to your blender.
  2. Pour in the milk or milk alternative.
  3. Add chocolate protein powder and any optional ingredients.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes
