Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips and Rice Krispies cereal.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
