Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and almond milk to the mashed bananas, mixing well until combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout the batter.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing.
