Description

Delicious and healthy snack bites made with bananas, Greek yogurt, dark chocolate, and chopped peanuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts


Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas into rounds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the collagen powder until well combined.
  3. Dip the banana slices in the yogurt mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the yogurt-covered bananas.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
  6. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
  7. Enjoy as a nutritious snack!

Notes

For best results, use ripe bananas and make sure the dark chocolate is melted properly for an even drizzle. These bites can also be customized with other toppings like shredded coconut or mini chocolate chips.
